The Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates announced the introduction of a federal Corporate Tax on business profits. The Corporate Tax will be effective from the financial year beginning June 1, 2023. The Corporate Tax will levy on companies incorporated in UAE as LLCs, PSCs, PJSCs, and any other permitted entities with a specific legal personality, including LLPs and partnerships limited by shares.

- Permanent establishment in the UAE and earns the revenue sourced from UAE-sourced

And If a person owning a company in the Freezone transacts with Mainland but does not have a branch there, then he can continue the 0% tax rate benefits if the mainland income is limited to passive income.
